Ordinary Real Estate Loan
Conditions of eligibility :Iindividuals with regular and stable salaries/liberal profession.
Conventional Real Estate Loan
Conditions of eligibility :Existence of an agreement betwen CFC and the client’s employer.
Purchaser Loan
Conditions of eligibility :Investment on land or home legible to a private or public person.
Young Real Estate Loan
Conditions of eligibility :The client must be 35 years old and not more and need to justify that he or she had work for at least 02 years in the same company. Or he can produce a confirmation letter of work from his company or job site.
Social Real Estate Loan
Conditions for eligibility :- Land purchase with a cost/ m² is ≤ FCFA 10 000 with a maximum of 300 m², without charges.
- Building houses with a cost of building/m² is ≤ FCFA 100 000 ;
- Acquiring houses with a purchase price/m² is ≤ FCFA 200 000.
