Conditions for eligibility :

The client must be 35 years old and not more and need to justify that he or she had work for at least 02 years in the same company. Or he can produce a confirmation letter of work from his company or job site.

The project must be destined for personal accommodation.

Purpose :

  • Main housing

Eligible persons :

  • Salaried individuals
  • Individuals practicing a professional occupation

Duration :

from 25 to 360 months depending on the borrowing power .

Interest rate :

  • Salary ≤ FCFA 300 000/month= 3,145% HT, or 3 ,75% TTC
  • Salary ≥ FCFA 300 000/month =3,354 % HT, or 4% TTC

Grace period :

from 1 to 24 months.

Minimum deposit :

Right up to 0% of project cost depending on the borrower power

Amount :

Up to 50 millions FCFA.

Means of re-imbursement :

  • Payment Order from the bank;
  • Payment Order from the employee.

Financed operations :

  • Land purchase
  • Land purchase + Construction
  • Construction of accommodation
  • Acquiring of accommodation
  • Acquiring of accommodation +completion work
  • Upgrading and finishing of accommodation

Guarantees :

  • First motgage
  • Life and Incapacity insurance
  • Fire insurance
